About Me
A deep curiosity about people and a sensitivity to the world around me initially drew me to psychology. This, combined with my education and clinical experience allows me to make a meaningful impact in my clients’ lives. My journey as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and Washington began at the California Institute of Integral Studies, where I earned a Master’s in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis on Somatic Psychotherapy in 2018. After several years in the San Francisco Bay Area community mental health sector, I launched my private practice in 2021. Today, based in Seattle, I provide telehealth therapy to adult individuals and couples across both states.
Over time, seeing how deeply money intersects with emotional well-being, relationships, and identity led me to develop a specialized focus as a Certified Financial Therapist (CFT™). Whether working with young adults navigating money management or couples facing ongoing conflicts over spending, saving, and shared values, I integrate this specialty into my practice to heal financial anxiety alongside my clients’ broader relational and personal growth. I am particularly passionate about expanding financial literacy for women, people of color, and queer individuals—communities that have been historically and systematically excluded from these conversations.
As a therapist, I value safety and curiosity. I create a trusting environment that balances giving you space with being direct. I reject the idea that a therapist must be a blank slate; instead, I show up as my authentic self in how I listen, ask questions, and respond, bringing warmth, empathy, and humor to our work together. I am a trauma-informed, client-centered therapist drawing on family systems, psychodynamic, and somatic approaches. Therapy is a collaborative process—you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to stay curious and compassionate as I witness, listen, and support you along the way. Given the proper support, I believe we all have the capacity to make meaningful, lasting changes.
