Fees and Practice Policies

$200 | Individuals

$250 | Couples

Session Format & Telehealth: I offer 53-minute individual and couples sessions via telehealth. If virtual therapy is not the right fit for your needs at this time, I am happy to provide local in-person referrals.

Insurance & Out-of-Network Reimbursement: While I do not bill insurance directly, I can supply you with a monthly superbill to submit for reimbursement. I encourage you to check with your insurance provider directly to verify your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Sliding Scale: I reserve a limited number of sliding scale spots for weekly clients. Please feel free to inquire about current availability during our consultation.

Scheduling & Availability: I see clients Monday through Thursday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If our current schedules do not align, I can offer referrals to other qualified therapists.

Cancellation Policy: Please provide more than 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid being charged the full session fee.

Privacy & Security: All telehealth sessions and payments are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant electronic health records platform to ensure your confidentiality.

Notice on Good Faith Estimate

As of January 2022, under the law, health care providers must give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. As the client, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate for your records. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, or see your Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
